Villa seven features planted roofs to enhance its connection with the local environment. The design includes an exterior, landscaped parking area, elegantly sheltered by a wooden pergola. In an architectural recess on the northern side of the building, a small water feature and built-in seating area rest under the shade of a pergola. The eastern section features an elevated terrace with a wooden pergola and an infinity pool, accessible from the terrace.

This villa comprises two buildings: a main residence and a guest house. The main residence includes two private bedrooms, while the guest house features an additional bedroom. Every aspect of the property is thoughtfully designed for accessibility and functionality, ensuring a comfortable living experience for all residents.

Your tour around Villa seven begins at a private, independent entrance on the western edge between properties. The transition to the beautifully landscaped surroundings takes place via a paved stepping surface. Entering from the south, you are greeted by a specially designed wooden canopy.

To the left and right of the entrance, there are planted flower beds and built-in seating areas. Upon entering the main building, you will find the living spaces to the right, consisting of a chic sitting area and an open kitchen. To the left are serene bedrooms, meticulously designed for comfort and privacy. The guest house is next to the main villa and ensures guest privacy. It connects to the main residence via outdoor corridors.
