The design concept of Villa four centres around integrating nature with modern luxury. The majority of the building’s perimeter is adorned with trees and shrubs, while a portion of the rooftop is green, enhancing the verdant ambiance. The eastern section features an impressive infinity pool, accessible via small steps from the terrace. The loft’s balcony offers views of both the pool and the Ionian Sea.

An elevated terrace, partially covered by a wooden pergola, surrounds most of the residence, seamlessly connecting with its natural surroundings. Expansive openings in the living area create a fluid indoor-outdoor experience, ensuring ample natural light and ventilation throughout the building. Villa K4 includes three private bedrooms, two with en-suite bathrooms, and a mezzanine room with an exterior balcony. Each room features large openings that provide seamless access to the outdoors.

Walking through Villa four is a seamless experience of luxury and accessibility. Entry begins at a private, meticulously designed entrance on the property’s western edge, leading through a paved surface to a beautifully landscaped area. The exterior features a sheltered parking space with a wooden pergola.

Entering from the north, you’re greeted by corridors leading to the bedrooms. To the left, the living spaces unfold with a chic sitting area and open kitchen. On the right, a dedicated laundry space adds convenience. Three bedrooms are on the same level as the living room, accessed via internal corridors, while a fourth loft room with a private sitting area is situated on a mezzanine, accessible by an internal staircase from the main living area.
